You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your rental start date for a full rental payment refund, less a 10% administrative fee (this is used to cover the credit card processing fees we are still charged). If you cancel within 48 hours, we can not guarantee a refund. No refunds are given for inclement weather, hurricane evacuations or early departures. Refunds will be issued to the same card used to place the rental order.
